TraceFlow and Batchwork currently use invitation-based account access. Accounts are created by an organization's administrator, and access is granted through team invitations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where permitted by law
4. Data Ownership
Any data you or your organization enter into TraceFlow or Batchwork — including requirements, tasks, decision log entries, supplier records, ingredient lots, production batches, and shipment records — remains your organization's property. NorthernSky does not claim ownership of your business data and uses it only to provide and support the Services.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime. Specific uptime commitments, if any, will be set out in a separate service agreement.
6. Fees and Billing
Pricing for TraceFlow and Batchwork will be communicated directly to customers. Any fees, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be set out at the time an account is established or in a separate order form or agreement.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services, or an account administrator may close an organization's account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated, or if required to protect the security or integrity of the Services. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your organization's data, except where prohibited by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their design, software, and underlying technology, are owned by NorthernSky and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to NorthernSky's trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Services as intended.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthernSky will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
