Can I try a product before paying?
Yes. Every product includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you'd like to continue after your trial, you can add payment details within the product to keep your subscription active.
Can I add or remove team members?
Seats are managed within each product. How adding or removing team members affects your bill will be confirmed as part of your subscription details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Any account administrator can cancel the subscription at any time.
Are taxes included?
No. Listed and estimated prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
Are there any setup or implementation fees?
No. There are no setup or implementation fees. You pay only the standard $20 USD per seat, per month rate shown on this page.
Does one subscription include all NorthernSky Cloud products?
No. TraceFlow, Batchwork, Aquanest, and PlanFlow are billed as separate subscriptions, each at $20 USD per seat per month.
Are payments available online?
