Subscription pricing for all four Services is published on our Pricing page. Each Service includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required; charges begin only if you choose to add payment details within the product to continue after your trial. This policy applies to those charges, and will be provided to customers at the time an account or order is established.
2. Free and Trial Access
Where access to a Service is provided free of charge or as part of a trial, no payment is collected and this Refund Policy does not apply.
3. General Refund Terms
Refunds generally follow these principles, subject to the specific order form or agreement in place for your organization:
- Requests for a refund should be submitted through our Contact page within a reasonable period of the charge in question.
- Refunds for annual or multi-month plans may be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription term.
- Fees already incurred for a billing period that has substantially elapsed are generally non-refundable.
