Keep orders, moulds, and machines connected.

PlanFlow is production planning and scheduling software: it connects moulds, machines, orders, and the daily production plan in one place. Manufacturing involves a lot of moving parts — tooling, equipment, customer orders, and what actually got made each day — and PlanFlow brings them together so factories can see what's running, what's next, and what's at risk of being late.

A connected view of your factory floor

PlanFlow is manufacturing scheduling software built to keep every part of your production operation connected — from tooling to the finished order.

📊

Dashboard

See active orders, on-time delivery, mould utilization, and machines idle or down at a glance, with links straight to what needs attention.

🔧

Moulds & Machines

Track tooling capacity, cycle counts, and maintenance status, and the equipment each mould runs on — down to which bay or location.

📅

Schedule

Drag unscheduled orders onto a machine and day to assign them, with automatic conflict detection and an auto-suggest for the next open slot.

📋

Orders

Customer demand tracked against due dates and priority, with one order covering several different products at once.

📄

Production Plan

What to run today, and what actually got made — logged per machine or location, feeding straight back into order progress.

📈

Capacity

Planned load vs. available capacity, per machine or mould, with a 7/14/30-day view and color-coded overbooking warnings.

🧱

Maintenance

Cycle counts and full service history for every mould, with due-soon and overdue warnings before something breaks.

🔔

Notifications

Automatic alerts for maintenance thresholds, schedule conflicts, and orders falling behind pace — nothing to configure.

Two ways to model your factory.

PlanFlow supports two production models: Machine-based, where one machine runs one mould at a time, and Production Line, where products flow through a shared, ordered sequence of stations. An Admin picks the model that matches how your factory actually runs, and Products, Machines, and Schedule all behave accordingly.

Everything is renamable.

"Mould," "Machine," and "Production Line" are just PlanFlow's defaults. Rename any of them from Settings — to "Die," "Tool," "Press," or whatever your factory calls them — and the new word appears everywhere in the app immediately, for everyone.

Catch a late order before it's a problem.

PlanFlow tracks each order's due date against its logged production pace, and flags anything falling behind automatically — no manual checking required.

Example: at-risk order

Order SO-2001 falling behind on actual production

44,300 of 96,000 units produced at the current pace of 2,150/day — completion is projected for well after the order's due date. PlanFlow surfaces this on both the Dashboard and Notifications the moment the numbers say so.

✓Due-date tracking
✓Pace-based projections
✓Schedule conflict detection
✓Maintenance threshold alerts
✓Auto-suggest next slot
✓Printable daily plan

Frequently asked questions

What is PlanFlow?

PlanFlow is production planning and scheduling software that connects moulds, machines, and orders in one place, so manufacturers can see what's running, what's next, and what's at risk of being late.

Who is PlanFlow for?

Manufacturers who need to schedule orders against tooling and equipment — injection moulding, die casting, and similar production environments — and track capacity and maintenance alongside it.

Can PlanFlow adapt to how my factory is organized?

Yes. An Admin can choose between a machine-based model, where one machine runs one mould at a time, or a production-line model, where products flow through a shared sequence of stations, and rename "Mould," "Machine," and "Production Line" to match your factory's own terms.

Does PlanFlow warn me about scheduling conflicts?

Yes. PlanFlow won't let you double-book the same mould or machine into overlapping jobs, and shows exactly what conflicts with what before anything is saved.

How do I get access to PlanFlow?

PlanFlow includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required — use the Start Free Trial button on this page. If you'd like to continue after your trial, you can add payment details within the product to keep your account active.
