NorthernSky accesses this data only as needed to operate the Services, provide support, or as required by law.

TraceFlow, Batchwork, Aquanest, and PlanFlow are available through a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required to start. Beyond that initial sign-up, additional team members are added by an existing account administrator, and access levels are controlled through the role assigned to each user.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our website and Services (such as hosting and infrastructure providers)
- Authorities, where required to comply with the law
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We retain account and workspace data for as long as an account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery, unless a shorter period is required by law or requested by the account holder.
